We understand that plans change, and we want to make canceling your subscription as simple as possible.

GetThingsRight is a subscription-based software service. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Canceled subscriptions are not charged again.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
